Serbia approved the use of LAE®in heat-treated meat products

On July 11, 2018 the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia under Ordinance No. 53/2018 on food additives included the use of Ethyl lauroyl arginate, LAE® in heat-treated meat products at a dose of 160 ppm, except emulsified and smoked sausages and liver paste, thus adopting the same status that LAE® has in the European Union.
