LAMIRCID®-D is a preservative with high antifungical properties, based on natamycin.
It is designed for the surface treatment of dry fermented sausages.


  • High antimycotic activity at very low doses.
  • The use of LAMIRCID®-D allows to inhibit the surface growth of moulds and yeasts reducing the risk of presence of mycotoxins.
  • It does not affect the taste, odor or color of the final product, as it does not penetrate inside of it. Besides, LAMIRCID®-D does not act against bacteria, so it does not affect the fermentation and curing processes of the finished product.
