LAMIRCID®-D is a preservative with high antifungical properties, based on natamycin.
It is designed for the surface treatment of dry fermented sausages.
High antimycotic activity at very low doses.
The use of LAMIRCID®-D allows to inhibit the surface growth of moulds and yeasts reducing the risk of presence of mycotoxins.
It does not affect the taste, odor or color of the final product, as it does not penetrate inside of it. Besides, LAMIRCID®-D does not act against bacteria, so it does not affect the fermentation and curing processes of the finished product.
