LAMIRCID®-D is a preservative based on natamycin with high antifungical properties.
It is designed for the surface treatment of cheese.


  • High antimycotic activity at very low doses.
  • Its use allows to inhibit the surface growth of moulds and yeasts, reducing the risk of mycotoxins presence.
  • It does not affect the taste, odor or color of the finished product. Furthermore, LAMIRCID®-D does not act against bacteria, so it does not affect the fermentation and curing processes of the treated product.
