FUNGUS®-83/SP is an aqueous polymer dispersion based on the synergic combination of natamycin and potassium sorbate.
It forms an elastic film above 7 °C. It is an ideal product for the antifungal surface treatment of cheese and it is particularly designed for direct application in machine.
The rind or casing formed are not edible.
It improves the physical appearance of the cheese.
