Thickener and stabilizer with high or low oil content. Easily dispersible in water, stable in acidic medium and with a high pseudoplasticity that makes it suitable for the stabilization of emulsions.
It disperses in the water in a gradual and slow way, before adding the other components and with the agitator running until its total incorporation and hydration to avoid the formation of lumps.
